So it has been a while since I have written anything. Life... well, has been life and busy! The Roy's are doing well! Paul & I celebrated 9 years of marriage, Lukas had his 3rd birthday and Elsie is now 1! WOW! That is a lot there.
Our big news in the last month is we are working hard on being a plant based only family. No more cheese or other dairy products. So far we have been successful with 99% Plant Based! Feels great! I have been having fun with some new recipes and new ideas and the kids love it! Of course, they will eat anything just about... :)
We have been working on our land as we have money for it. We enjoy just walking over there and playing in the dirt and playing in the field and walking up and down the very steep driveway. It is a blessing to have a place to get away and have a bonfire/campfire and no one can see us and we can't see them. It is our little haven. Maybe someday we will be over there living and not just in our house dreaming of being over there.
I have been enjoying our Mom's group on Tuesday's. It is a must for a stay at home Mom who needs a support group. And there are such wonderful Mom's in our area. It has been fun getting to know them! We just pray it is a blessing for the Mom's who come and join us weekly!
